Calve Implants?

I have wide calves. Regardless of my weight, my calves are strong and boots are a problemo. I love a lot of things about J. Crew; most importantly, they carry their boots in extended calve options up to size 12! The good thing about boots is that they look better with wear - an investment you can feel at peace with. No buyers remorse with these!
